How do I create a Dash Maids account?

Your account will be created as soon as you book your first appointment with us. You’ll receive an email that will explain how to set up your account. Once your account is set up you’ll be able to easily login at https://dashmaids.launch27.com/login

Do you service my area?

We serve most of St. Louis County. If you’re unsure, please reach out!

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Refer to the services page to better understand every task involved in a standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and individual extras options.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes. We will bring all cleaning supplies and equipment necessary to complete your cleaning. However, if you have specific products or equipment that you own and would rather we used, feel free to let us know and we will happily do so.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Of course! Please text, call, or email to get pricing for things like: interior windows, cleaning blinds, inside cabinets, inside refrigerator, finished basements, etc. We can give a better price if we discuss the details!

How do I book my appointment with Dash Maids.

You can book your appointment in less than 60 seconds by visiting our booking page and entering your information. No in-home estimate necessary!

How much will my cleaning cost?

We use simple flat rate pricing based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home, which you can see on our booking page!

How do I redeem my gift card?

You can just enter the discount code directly into the booking form when you’re setting up your appointment.

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Definitely. We understand how hard it can be to someone you’ve never met into your home. This is why we only work with honest, top quality cleaning professionals. All of our cleaners have been interviewed in-person, background checked and have our stamp of approval. If for some reason you have an issue with any of our staff, please don’t hesitate to contact us immediately with any concerns.

What happens if something goes wrong during my cleaning?

If there are any issues with your cleaning you can contact our management as soon as possible, and we will take care of any problems immediately. Reach out by phone, text, or email.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Your information is 100% secure. We use Stripe, an industry leading payment provider, to handle all credit card and billing information. You can rest assure that your information is in very good hands. Learn more about Stripes security features here.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes. All cleaning professionals are interviewed, background checked and are both bonded and insured.

What is your 100% re-clean guarantee policy?

With our guarantee, if for some reason you are unhappy with your cleaning, we will come back and address any issues with different cleaners, free of charge. If you are still not happy with the service we will give you a 100% refund, no questions asked.
